Nancy Pelton,
owner proprietor of the Blue Rooster Inn
is a teacher, gardener, antique collector, and known for
her excellent cooking and hostessing. Before opening the Blue Rooster,
she owned and managed The Old Courthouse Inn in West Bend, Wisconsin.
Awarded 4 stars by Milwaukee Magazine, the restaurant quickly gained a
reputation for outstanding service, warm atmosphere and excellent cuisine.
At the same time, she owned and operated an antique business, sharpening her
eye for tasteful and unique turn-of-the-century decor. Bringing her
culinary and design expertise to Oregon just a few years ago, Nancy Pelton
and the Blue
